Return Policy

We only accept returns for product exchanges or store credit within 14 days of your original purchase. No refunds will be made back to original form of payment. For orders placed online, the 14 day return window begins once your order is delivered to you.

To begin a return for exchange or store credit, please email shop@buttermylkgoods.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return. You will be responsible for postage costs to return your package. Return instructions and address will be emailed to you once your email is received. 

For in store returns or exchanges, please come during store hours and we will search your receipt to begin processing your in store exchange or return.
