US and/or International Shipping?

I currently only ship domestically across the US.

I’m working on expanding my shipping regions soon.

Shipping Timeline

My shipment schedule has orders out for delivery on Thursdays, though most often orders placed between Monday and Thursday will be shipped out the same day or within 1-2 days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Saturday will be shipped on the regular Thursday schedule unless you receive an earlier shipment notification.

Do you have zero waste packaging?

We’re not quite zero waste yet, but all of the stickers and tags used used are FSC certified, printed on acid free paper and use soy based inks. Orders are packaged in compostable and plant based weather proof packaging unless a box is required due to size.

Returns

What is your return and/or exchange policy?

All items are final sale. As a small business offering vintage items and small bath production, we are not able to accommodate returns.

Our policy only allows for exchange or store credit.

Exchanges are welcome on unworn jewelry items and select small batch items (check the listing and/or receipt to see if your item is eligible for an exchange or store credit).

Please note that return shipping and re-shipment is not covered by Buttermylk and is the customers responsibility. A shipping label can be created and emailed to you however this amount (ranging between $10.00USD-$35 USD) will be invoiced prior to sending the shipping label for the exchanged item.

Please be sure that you have fully read the descriptions for items, prior to purchasing.

If an item has been damaged in transit, you are entitled to an exchange, along as proof of loss can be provided.
